    Who Can Apply?

    The program is open to Emirati professionals working in the healthcare sector or those aspiring to grow into leadership roles within the UAE’s healthcare ecosystem.


    Eligibility Criteria

    • Nationality: UAE nationals only
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g.,healthcare, management, public policy)
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the healthcare sector, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory
    • Leadership Potential: Clear interest in leadership and commitment to personal and professional development
    • Employer Endorsement: Official approval from the current employer
    • Commitment Letter: Confirming availability, dedication, and readiness to learn


    Additional Information

    • Program Cost: Fully funded by American Hospital Dubai
    • Certification: Joint certificate from American Hospital Dubai and Harvard Institutional Learning
    • Language of Instruction: English only
    • Location: Dubai, UAE
